Various Teacher Enhancement Activities currently in progress
The Nuclear Power Institute (NPI) is currently exploring various avenues to bring the resources of our partners together to better support and serve our partner students, educators, and schools such, as teacher professional development opportunities, supportive and educational materials, additional STEM-focused camps, training, and events, instructional STEM videos, and maximizing our social media presence. If you have any suggestions you would like NPI to explore, we would love to hear them.
Nuclear Power Institute Educator Impact Report
The most important aspect of the NPI Pre-K-12 programs is that educators serve as our ambassadors, our constant reminders of what is fundamental in classrooms, and our compasses for the objectives we develop. Without the dedication, effort, and coordination of these Pre-K-12 educators, our programs would not be as successful. Overall, NPI has engaged with 275 educators in the state of Texas. According to a study published on weareteachers.com, the average teacher impacts approximately 3,000 students during their career. Using this statistic, NPI educators will impact 819,000 students.
